A very unique estate:
Traditional Spanish Finca/Countryhouse including a wine-cellar and comprising more than 70,000 square meter parcel of land, planted with grape-wine, almond and olive trees. The surrounding landscape is embedded into a gorgeously green nature. Distance to the coast (Alicante) is 20 minutes, only.
Location: 
The Finca/Countryhouse is located in a very green high valley in-between the village Tibi and the city Ibi, 20 kilometers north from Alicante. You get there via the highway A-7, 20 minutes after exiting Alicante-Alcoi. As the next country road is located with a distance of 400 meters from the Finca/Countryhouse, there is no noise. In fact, the Finca/Countryhouse is an oasis of silence and relaxation.
 
Parcel of land:
The area is of a typical "Rustica" style with a total amount of more than 70,000 square meters land and a beautiful view over the Sierra del Maigmo. The building itself was established 80 years ago, as a reconstruction of a 200 year old Finca/Countryhouse. All buildings and the garden, 2,000 square meters, are completely surrounded by a fence.

Planting:
The surrounding of the Finca/Countryhouse is planted with approx. 1,000 red vine Tempranillo plants, with a yearly production of 1,000-2,000 liter of wine. An own wine cellar for producing (pressing) and storing is included. 
Furthermore, there are 100 olive and almond trees, some fig trees and a small pine-tree forest granting an evergreen setting.
