The surrounding of the Finca/Countryhouse is planted with approx. 1,000 red vine Tempranillo plants, with a yearly production of 1,000-2,000 liters of wine. An own wine cellar for producing (pressing) and storing is included.
After vintage, delicious grape juice is produced with the help of the grape mill and press. There are ten reconditioned wooden barrels with 2,000 liter volume each installed to further process grape juice to grape wine. In addition, two fermenting barrels at 1,000 liter each and one wine pump are available.
