Outside the Finca/Countryhouse, there are nice shady places with more than 20 square meters roofed by solid constructions, covered with wine plants.
The complete area in front of the Finca/Countryhouse is a flagged floor. The materials uses are marble and natural stone. As the fundament is concreted, cars may access the area. The vehicle access is fixed with pebble stones.
The flower garden is planted with Mediterranean palms, olive trees, laurel hedges, fruit trees and plenty of nicely-flourishing flowers.
The relaxation area is shaded by two palms and three very old olive trees. It's also flagged with marble and gives an impressive view over the Sierra del Maigmo.
The walking ways are fixed with pebble stones and natural stone.
Pool installations are foreseen with a concreted plate at a size of 4 diameter and all relevant electrical connections, e.g. for a pool pump.
Nice evening atmosphere is guaranteed by the light installations included into the garden.
The vegetable garden of 100 square meters size could be enlarged. A groundwater connection is available. Water reservoirs (rain) at a volume of 1,000 liter each are positioned at multiple places. They are used to automatically water all plants. Furthermore, a cistern (rain water) with a volume of 20,000 liter is available.
