Finca/Countryhouse:
The 120 square meter Finca includes: 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bath rooms (each with toilette), a big kitchen with pantry and one living and one dining room with one wood stove. All rooms are heated with central heating (gas boiler requires renewal). The complete house was newly tiled in terracotta. All windows were restored with double-glass and roller shutter.
Finca/Countryhouse Extension (built in 2007):A new, modern and light-flooded extension makes the Finca even more attractive for holidays, fiestas, parties or larger groups of people (up to 20). The total size is roughly 34 square meters and is equipped with 4 huge semi-circular windows and 2 big sliding doors at 2 x 2 meter each. It also contains a bar, a lavatory and a wood stove (heating).
Further buildings:A huge garage at 30 square meter size including a lavatory and a washing machine connection is located next to the Countryhouse extension building.
A utility building offers space for garden utilities and water reservoirs (1,000 liter volume). Furthermore, a unique, original and fully functioning backing oven is installed. A small (partially roofed) backyard can directly be accessed through the utility building. It was originally used as goat cot.
